Dust-free High Temperature Chamber
A dust-free high temperature chamber is a kind of thermal chamber that can inhibit the generation of particles. It is mainly used for the constant temperature tests of semiconductors, liquid crystals, electronic products and precision appliance in a dust-free environment.
